The Applied Vegetation Dynamics Laboratory is a research unit run by Rob Marrs within the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Liverpool.

The general philosophy underlying the work is to provide solutions to land management problems that are based on sound science. Essentially, to develop solutions that will help to drive AGENDA 21, towards a sustainable future for all.

We rely heavily on a network of collaborations both nationally and internationally.
